In October, Swedish home prices remained resilient despite the usual weaker performance during this time of year.
Data from SBAB, a state-owned bank, showed that unadjusted prices fell by 0.9% last month. However, after seasonal adjustment, there was a modest recovery with a 0.5% increase compared to September.
This suggests that the housing sector in Sweden is stabilizing and maintaining a degree of strength, even during the typical seasonal downturn.
