The bank also secured the title of the second-best customer service provider in Switzerland, reflecting strong customer satisfaction and trust. The rankings were derived from a national online survey involving over 3,300 participants, assessing factors such as customer orientation and professional expertise, as well as the likelihood of customers recommending the bank. These awards highlight APPKB"s ability to compete effectively in the financial sector, even as a smaller institution, by prioritizing customer needs and maintaining high service standards.
