ubs initiates neutral rating for liberty formula one with price target of 85

UBS analyst Ryan Gravett has given Liberty Formula One a Neutral rating and set a price target of $85.

The firm believes that Formula One is a valuable global sports asset that is well-positioned to benefit from demand in the rights marketplace and the experience economy.

However, UBS expects growth to slow down in the future due to lower operating leverage on team payments and limited upside in race promotion in the near term. Additionally, the upcoming U.S. rights renewal is predicted to have only a modest impact.
