Godrej Properties increases QIP size to six thousand crore rupees

Godrej Properties has decided to increase the size of its qualified institutional placement (QIP) from Rs 4,000 crore to Rs 6,000 crore. This move is part of the company's strategy to raise funds for its growth plans.

In a recent board meeting, Godrej Properties approved a proposal to secure up to Rs 6,000 crore in fresh capital through various financial instruments. The QIP Placement Committee has given the green light to open the issue on November 27, 2024.

On November 28, the company's shares were trading positively at Rs 2,839.65 on the NSE, showing a slight increase of 0.20 percent.
