Oberoi Realty reports strong pre-sales growth with target price set at 2056

Oberoi Realty's pre-sales for the second quarter of FY25 increased by an impressive 49% compared to the previous year, reaching INR 14.4 billion. This exceeded estimates by 80%.

The strong demand for the '360-West' project in Worli was the main driver of this surge, contributing INR 6.6 billion from the sale of six units. The Elysian project in Goregaon also experienced significant growth, with pre-sales increasing by 147% year-on-year to INR 3.2 billion after the successful launch of its third tower.

However, sales in Borivali were relatively weak at INR 1.3 billion, while Mulund saw a 25% year-on-year increase to INR 2.7 billion, doubling sequentially. The newly launched Forestville Thane project recorded bookings of INR 0.6 billion across 29 units, indicating promising prospects for future business development.
